The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a critical role in enhancing supply chain operations by implementing process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions. The Supply Chain Management team is dedicated to delivering efficient transportation solutions that ensure timely delivery of quality goods. By enhancing processes and collaborating across functions, the team drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. Members analyze data, resolve issues, and implement strategies to optimize network efficiency while supporting cost reduction efforts. Leveraging expertise in process improvement, root cause analysis, and cross-functional leadership, the team maintains a seamless and effective supply chain aligned with Walmart’s mission to provide reliable service and value to customers.
What you'll do...
- Implement and enhance supply chain and replenishment processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions on schedule.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues, driving network efficiency improvements.
- Support supplier compliance and conduct performance reviews of merchandising, distribution centers, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
- Act as liaison for field operations, communicating expectations and resolving escalated issues to maintain smooth execution.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end-to-end costing to reduce waste and optimize costs.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify business needs and monitor progress toward objectives.
What you'll bring...
- Proven expertise in supply chain management and analysis, with a strong focus on process improvement and root cause analysis.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement sustainable supply chain solutions and drive operational excellence.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost-effective improvements.
- Skilled in supplier performance management and managing escalations related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and distribution centers.
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement within supply chain operations.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if…
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Replenishment, Inventory Management, or related retail operations.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with analytical and query-based tools such as SQL, Python, or other data analysis platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools that support data analysis, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Walmart systems and applications, including WTMS, Transom, Blue Yonder, Retail Link, or similar supply chain and merchandising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
