Description
We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Planning Planner to join our Reverse Supply Chain team and support planning activities for Electric products, with a focus on service readiness for the Phones business and related product offerings.
In this role, you will help design and implement planning processes, develop service parts forecasts, analyze inventory and component usage trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support global operations.
You will work across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Operations to ensure service parts availability, optimize inventory levels, and support customer needs across North America, Europe, and Asia.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in supply or demand planning who enjoy working with data, solving complex operational challenges, and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate service parts forecasts for products across global markets.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Operations teams to ensure service requirements are met.
- Manage component inventory for warranty requirements, balancing customer service levels with excess and obsolescence risks.
- Analyze repair and component usage data to identify trends throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support Last Time Buy decisions by providing reliable inputs from demand models and forecasts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support planning and execution.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of reverse supply chain planning processes.
- Support warranty planning activities across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or related Supply Chain functions.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in project or program management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Reverse Logistics or Reverse Supply Chain operations.
- Experience managing customer-centric programs within the technology industry or related fields.
- Experience working with external vendors.
- Experience with warranty planning or service parts planning.
- Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting processes.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing changing priorities and deadlines.
