Responsibilities
The Opportunity
- This position will provide support to Product Supply and all field sites for Frito-Lay US. This position owns the tracking, follow up on execution, partnership with field sites and end to end ownership of all POET events at Frito Lay US. In addition, mentor fellow members, implement best practices at sites, and having working partnership with all Frito Lay locations.
- Lead promotional team to maximize service and execution across the supply network, working aside with production sites and other stakeholders as sales leadership to identify root couses and support in the execution of action plans to mitigate risks.
Generation of new strategies and continuous improvement, communication with leadership of the MCC and Frito-Lay COE Promotional leadership.
Your Impact
As FP&A Sr Analyst your scope would consist of
- Participate in daily/weekly service calls with DC (Distribution Centers) and Plants.
- Identify Service Trends and Action plan to close gaps.
- Provide training to others as needed to build bench strength
- Execute adhoc assignments as needed.Mentoring of team members – onboarding and continuous education of process.
- Trace/Implement best practices for process improvement.
- Develop expertise and ad hoc processes/solutions for AFH distribution channel.
- Manager backfill for vacation coverage.
- Service champion for Jack Links
- Support with strategic initiatives on Jack Links
- Analyze JL data + trends to support HQ teams to improve service metrics (Fill rate + Stales)
- Oversee replenishment team members for AFH + JL platform
- Support BP’s related to JL launches
- Support in gaining alignment on production needs with JL producer + understanding timelines to keep mixing centers and DCs with optimal in-stock levels
Responsible for Key Service Metrics (DCs/Plants/S2U facilities):
- Fill Rate (Produced, Non-Produced, IMOPs, Bins, FSV)
- Inventory Days on Hand
- Collaborate with HQ supply chain group to improve overall success and health of systems, tools, and processes.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning or similar field required.
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
- 1- 3 yrs experience working in Supply Chain Planning with SAP programs familiarity preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Candidate should possess strong computer skills in excel, word, power point, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong customer service and communicational skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others
- Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it
- Basic working knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing and Accounting preferred
