Work Setup: Onsite (Monday to Friday) with hybrid arrangement available after initial period
We are looking for a Demand Planner who will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and supporting business decisions through data-driven insights. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective planning, inventory management, and business continuity.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in demand planning or supply chain, and the ability to collaborate with different teams to improve forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using demand planning systems and established forecasting processes.
- Analyze historical and future demand inputs, including sales trends, promotions, product changes, and market activities to improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights and address forecasting gaps.
- Support new product launches, product transitions, and discontinuations by evaluating demand assumptions and business impact.
- Maintain accurate demand planning data and ensure timely updates of rolling forecasts.
- Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Analyze forecast performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, or related business roles.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
- Experience with demand planning tools or systems such as SAP APO DP, Demantra, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or related industries is an advantage.
