Where You'll Make a Difference
Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, including Auto Pack machines such as Slidell and Niro
Perform product safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards
Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely and effectively
Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations
Complete SAP transactions and production-related data entry accurately
Maintain sanitation and housekeeping standards throughout the facility
Assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other production line activities
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
What Makes You the Right Fit
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial equipment and machinery
Strong attention to safety, quality, and process compliance
Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry tasks
Ability to lift a minimum of 10 kg multiple times during a shift
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
How Would You Stand Out?
Previous experience operating automated packaging equipment
SAP experience in a manufacturing environment
PIT/Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial vehicles
