Description
We are looking for a senior leader to shape and lead our Strategic Account Management agenda across Brazil. This role will connect access strategy, commercial execution and customer engagement, translating portfolio priorities into sustainable outcomes for public and private accounts.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in implementing a new vision for Access, strengthening strategic partnerships, evolving commercial models and expanding patient access to our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the national strategy for strategic public and private accounts, translating portfolio and access priorities into focused, results-oriented account plans.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for Public Access, Private Accounts, commercial negotiations and innovative access models across all business units.
- Build executive-level relationships with health plans, providers and institutions, representing Access in strategic discussions, complex negotiations and critical customer interactions.
- Drive the development and implementation of commercial policies and innovative access models, including risk-sharing agreements, balancing customer value, scalability and financial sustainability.
- Establish account governance, segmentation, priorities and performance indicators to expand coverage, protocol adoption, continuity of access and execution quality.
- Mobilize cross-functional stakeholders to address barriers and deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in Market Access across both Institutional and Private markets.
- Experience in Strategic Account Management is preferred, along with experience in related healthcare commercial functions, including P&L leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian public and private healthcare systems, with proven experience managing complex accounts and senior customer relationships.
- Solid expertise in strategic account planning, segmentation, complex negotiations, commercial models, pricing and financial sustainability.
- Strong commercial mindset, execution focus and ability to lead organizational transformation in a complex, matrix environment.
- Advanced or fluent English is mandatory.
- Experience in Oncology, Specialty Care, multiple therapeutic areas or as a Strategic Account Manager is preferred
