As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll serve as the frontline voice for our diverse portfolio of brand partners, delivering exceptional experiences across leading e-commerce platforms. Working within a professional and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage customer interactions, optimize store performance, and maintain brand excellence. What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, ensuring a seamless, high-quality brand experience.
• Provide reliable and professional customer service across official marketplace stores for specialized brand portfolios.
• Handle special customer requests and coordinate the accurate allocation and delivery of free gifts and promotional samples based on campaign guidelines.
• Continuously monitor and maintain optimal store health metrics, chat response rates, and SLA compliance across all assigned platforms.
• Attend comprehensive product training sessions to master brand knowledge and handle consumer inquiries with expertise.
• Assist in analyzing customer feedback to recommend improvements for chat response workflows and overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Finance and Operations departments on administrative workflows, order issues, and payment tracking.
• Utilize Google Sheet tracking templates to log customer inquiries, promotional gift allocations, and operational performance reports accurately.

Who You Are

• Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant discipline (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, with the confidence to articulate information clearly (additional language skills are a plus).
• Practical proficiency in Google Sheet, particularly in navigating, managing, and updating tracking templates.
• A proactive mindset with high accountability, eager to dive into the fast-paced E-commerce ecosystem.
• Able to multi-task efficiently while professionally managing high-volume customer interactions under pressure.

Nice To Have

• Prior internship or basic experience in retail, customer support, or familiarity with e-commerce seller centers (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
