Are you looking for a crucial role in our growth strategy, where you can combine strategic marketing impact, data-driven tech approaches and empowering team leadership? In this key position, you’ll shape and elevate the performance of our brands, Pincamp and ANWB Camping, whilst reporting directly to the Director of Demand & Conversion. What you can expect
Marketing Strategy & Budget: Take full ownership of shaping the marketing strategy and guide the end-to-end budget allocation for our brands Pincamp and ANWB Camping.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower the digital marketing team (currently 9 team members) to foster growth and high performance.
Performance Marketing: Expand and refine performance marketing channels with a strong focus on AI-driven automation.
Retention & Owned Channels: Further develop our customer retention strategy and scale our owned channels to build lasting customer relationships.
Brand Marketing & Shareholder Alignment: Execute brand marketing initiatives in close collaboration with our shareholders (ADAC, ANWB, TCS).
MarTech & Analytics: Develop and enhance the marketing technology stack, including digital analytics and performance steering frameworks.
Agency Management: Build and manage strong, collaborative partnerships with external agencies.

What you should bring
Experience: 6+ years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, paired with proven experience in guiding and supporting teams.
Budget Management: Strong background in managing and optimizing 7-figure marketing budgets.
Channel Expertise: Proficient in steering SEO and performance channels, with strong expertise in developing and implementing engaging CRM strategies.
Analytical & Technical Mindset: Deep understanding of web tracking and attribution, with a clear vision of how automation and AI can elevate marketing operations.
Communication: Ability to connect with people, break down complex topics, and present or negotiate comfortably in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
Bonus Skill: Fluent in Dutch? Even better! Collaborating with our ANWB colleagues in the Netherlands will be a regular highlight of your role.
