Job requirements
Job Summary
Supports day-to-day administration activities for COBRA/CDH/DB Integrated Solution, including case management, life events, managed processes, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Process enrollment, eligibility, coverage, and participant updates accurately and timely.
• Administer life events and participant status changes based on documented procedures.
• Manage day-to-day participant cases and inquiries within defined service levels.
• Execute recurring managed processes and operational control activities.
• Prepare participant communications using approved templates and communication guidelines.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and transaction reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Research and resolve routine participant, client, and operational inquiries.
• Prepare recurring reports and support compliance and audit-related activities.
• Maintain accurate case notes, records, process documentation, and evidence files.
• Escalate exceptions, complex issues, and potential risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support process documentation updates and operational improvement activities.
• Follow internal controls, compliance requirements, SLAs, and quality procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
• Good understanding of Health & Benefits administration and COBRA/CDH/DB processes.
• Knowledge of enrollment management, life event processing, case management, and managed processes.
• Understanding of operational controls, SLA management, reporting, and compliance support activities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to research participant or process issues.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities, follow procedures, and deliver within defined timelines.
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on quality, accuracy, and participant experience.
Experience
• 1–4 years of experience in benefits administration, case management, managed processes, reporting, or operations support.
Education
• Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable institute.
