What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our exceptional pest control team. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive efficiency and uphold our commitment to quality service. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring outstanding customer service
- Guiding staff in all operational aspects
- Managing financial performance and revenue growth
- Traveling to meet clients and support specialists
- Conducting client visits and field inspections
- Training staff on new techniques and products
- Managing projects like fumigation and large accounts
- Submitting reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in retail or service environments
- Strong negotiation and team management skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of retail math, sales, and inventory management
- Experience with payroll and budgeting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- 2-5 Years of Pest Control Experience - Preferred
- State mandate license from the Pest Control Board Required
Work Environment:
As an Operations Manager, you’ll work in diverse settings—offices, homes, schools, and more. Expect to:
- Work outdoors in any weather
- Travel for evaluations and staffing
- Assist technicians with pest issues
- Use safety equipment and operate company vehicles
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years in a management role focused on customer service
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days
