Field Care Supervisor
Location: Midlands / South of England
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join a growing care provider with an expanding portfolio of care packages across the Midlands and South of England.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on care professional who enjoys working closely with care teams, clients and families, while maintaining high standards of care delivery.
You will play an important role in supporting frontline teams, monitoring care quality and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervision and support to Care Workers and Support Workers.
- Carry out regular field visits to care packages and clients.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of care delivery.
- Support care planning, reviews and risk assessments.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and care staff.
- Identify and address any issues relating to care delivery or staff performance.
- Support the induction, training and development of new and existing care staff.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the wider management team to improve service delivery.
- Respond to issues and provide practical support to care teams when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a Care Supervisor, Field Care Supervisor, Senior Carer or similar role.
- Strong background within domiciliary, community, live-in or complex care.
- Experience supervising and supporting care staff.
- Good understanding of care quality, safeguarding and compliance.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
- Full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to care management.
