YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES šÆ
ā¢ Ā Ā Define the most efficient method to fabricate and assemble components for kit requirements
ā¢ Ā Ā Prepare concepts for interchangeability and part replacement as needed
ā¢ Ā Ā Determine requirements for and implementation of new manufacturing equipment
ā¢ Ā Ā Support process improvement initiatives by reviewing industry related publications for evolving certification standards and practices
ā¢ Ā Ā Incorporate advancements into departmental process and procedures
ā¢ Ā Ā Monitor project workflow and adjust personnel tasks to support project activities
ā¢ Ā Ā Provide technical training and assistance for department
ā¢ Ā Ā Ensure departmental and company policies are incorporated within all new document releases
ā¢ Ā Ā Initiate and lead in program reviews, cost reduction initiatives, system modification and data management
ā¢ Ā Ā Act as focal for Methods/Material for ROM bids for proposed projects/programs
ā¢ Ā Ā Provide solutions to a variety of technical/business related problems of moderate scope and complexity
