Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, cloud environments, end-user computing, and related infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team and daily infrastructure operations.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee network, server, storage, cloud, virtualization, and endpoint environments.
• Ensure availability, performance, capacity, and security of infrastructure services.
• Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve major incidents and recurring issues.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, IT service management, applications, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, contracts, licenses, and service-level agreements.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure budgets and technology lifecycle planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with management or leadership experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud, and endpoint technologies.
• Experience managing IT teams and technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of IT security, disaster recovery, and infrastructure governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
