Are you fluent in Italian and looking for a fresh start in one of Europe's most vibrant, sunny capitals? We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented professionals to join our dynamic international team in Lisbon!
Please Note: This role requires you to work directly from our modern office in Lisbon. Remote work options are not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our Italian-speaking users receive top-tier support. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Customer Assistance: Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, guiding them through technical or account-related difficulties with patience and clarity.
- Data Management: Accurately logging customer interactions, feedback, and escalations into our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with our products, services, and internal policies to provide accurate information.
- Quality Service: Meeting and exceeding individual performance targets (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Italian (written and spoken), with a professional command of English (B2 level minimum).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and an empathetic, customer-first mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software tools, chat applications, and CRM databases simultaneously.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts.
- Eligibility: Must possess a valid EU passport or the legal right to work full-time in Portugal.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer two tailored packages depending on your housing preferences:
- Package 1 (Without Accommodation): €1,340 gross per month.
- Package 2 (With Accommodation Provided): €1,060 gross per month.
