Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will act as the face of our brand, delivering top-tier assistance to our Italian user base. Your daily tasks will include:
- Client Engagement: Managing inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats with a helpful and professional attitude.
- Problem Solving: Diagnosing account-related or technical difficulties and patiently walking customers through the resolution process.
- Record Keeping: Tracking and updating client interactions, inquiries, and escalated tickets in our centralized CRM software.
- Product Knowledge: Staying current on platform upgrades, company policies, and new releases to guarantee accurate support.
- Target Achievement: Reaching and surpassing your personal performance metrics (KPIs) while maintaining stellar service quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Languages: Native-level or near-native mastery of Italian (both written and spoken), alongside a professional working knowledge of English (B2 level or above).
- Interpersonal Strengths: Superior communication abilities, a knack for active listening, and a natural passion for helping others.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in navigating multiple web platforms, CRM databases, and ticketing applications simultaneously.
- Versatility: A positive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a rotating shift schedule.
- Work Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid, current permit allowing full-time employment in Portugal.
Salary Package Options
We offer two distinct payment and accommodation packages depending on your lifestyle preferences:
- Option A (Independent Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you choose to find and secure your own accommodation in Lisbon.
- Option B (Company-Provided Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 if you prefer to utilize our corporate housing option.
