Your Daily Responsibilities
As an Italian Customer Support Specialist, you will represent our brand as the primary contact point for our Italian-speaking community. Your main duties will include:
- Omnichannel Support: Resolving client questions professionally and efficiently via incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting account issues and technical errors, patiently guiding users toward the right solutions.
- Database Management: Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and escalated issues in our centralized CRM system.
- Product Expertise: Keeping up-to-date on our platform features, internal policies, and tools to offer top-tier assistance.
- Performance Goals: Achieving and exceeding individual key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining exceptional service quality.
What We Look For
- Language Skills: Near-native or native proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) paired with a minimum of B2-level English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication habits, empathetic listening, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Tech Savviness: Ability to multitask comfortably across different web browsers, ticketing systems, and databases.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to a fast-moving corporate setting, including readiness to work a rotating shift schedule.
- Legal Status: EU citizenship or a valid, active work permit to work full-time in Portugal.
Salary & Housing Packages
We provide two distinct compensation structures depending on your accommodation preference:
- Option A (Self-Arranged Housing): You will receive a gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you prefer to find and pay for your own local apartment.
- Option B (Company Lodging Provided): You will receive a gross monthly salary of €1,060 if you choose to live in corporate-managed housing.

- Travel Coverage: Complete financial reimbursement for your flight to Lisbon.
- Shared Accommodation: A private bedroom in a shared, company-leased apartment (for those selecting Option B).
