CRM & Loyalty Manager  - Net-A-Porter

Our NAP Customer Retention and CRM Team are looking for a talented CRM & Loyalty Manager. Some of the essentials you need to know are:

Location: London Westfield

Department Size: 6 (Approx.) 

Department: Customer Retention & CRM Team (Marketing)

Reporting into: Head of Customer Retention

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: 

  • Own day-to-day CRM campaign planning and project management across all owned channels
  • Manage the CRM calendar and align it with the broader Sales & Marketing Brand Calendar
  • Deliver email, push, and SMS campaigns (trade, automation, transactional)
  • Lead the full campaign process: stakeholder requirements, briefing, and creative coordination
  • Define customer segmentation strategy and lead creative/channel best practice
  • Drive a test-and-learn roadmap for content optimization and personalization
  • Analyze campaign performance (Tableau, Google Analytics) for continuous improvement
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 CRM Executives

The type of person we are looking for: 

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar CRM role
  • Advanced knowledge of email and push channels, with strong segmentation/personalization expertise
  • Experience with Trello (or similar) and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau
  • Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative, proactive, and creative problem-solver
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Flexible and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
