Job Descriptions:
- Proactively working with sales support team of agency, bancassurance and brokerage channel to enrich their business development team (including BDM and AMD roles etc.) with innovative sales proposition and sales ideas for frontline support. Also support all sales channels directly with digital and onsite product & sales proposition sharing to enable new product sales fast start and boost up the sales result in long term.
- Drive wealth segment business growth through dedicated support to the Agency PRC and HK channels, providing frontline product and sales proposition expertise, proactive zone-based engagement, case consultation support for SRDs, enhanced product feedback collection, and cross-functional collaboration with AA and PDD teams on strategic initiatives such as 5 Stars and MDRT
- Support of comprehensive sales proposition sharing material development which works together with customer-centric product material to provide sales insight to all sales channels and marketing team for achieving financial growth.
- Riding on the frontline support activities to collect the product feedback in different perspective for future product development and enhancement of sales proposition materials.
- Collaborate with product marketing team to form customer facing sales that lead in facilitation tool for all sales channel.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder
Minimum 5 years training and insurance industry experience
2 years management experience to supervise subordinates
Minimum 3 years sales experience preferable
Passed IIQE I, II and V or LOMA FLMI preferable
