Overview
As a Clinical Business Development Manager at Milestone One, you will be responsible for promoting the Milestone One brand, acquiring new clinics, building a site network, and managing clinical trials from vendor selection through site contracting. You will collaborate with the Operations team, site personnel, and external CRO partners to drive successful trial execution. Your responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new clinical trial sites, organizing industry events, building strategic partnerships, developing patient referral networks, managing site communication, overseeing site management from identification to contract finalization, and implementing development plans for clinical sites. The position requires a Master's degree in life science, minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical environment, fluent use of local language, at least C1 level of English, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid category B driver's license.
