Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role you will have the opportunity to manage, coordinate, and control warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while complying with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel.
Manage and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Administer material receipts, verifying quantities and conditions.
Control material movements with subcontracting (outsourcing) suppliers.
Ensure the timely and accurate supply of materials to production areas.
Verify compliance with safety regulations for forklift operations.
Promote ergonomic practices in the warehouse to prevent workplace risks.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory control actions.
Implement improvements in logistics processes to increase efficiency.
Ensure materials are properly stored in their designated locations according to the ERP system.
Qualifications for the role
You have 3 to 5 years in similar warehouse and/or logistics positions.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed degree required)
Technical Knowledge: ERP / LX systems (preferred)
Intermediate Excel skills
Required Knowledge: Management of operational personnel., inventory control and cycle counting, material receiving and inspection, management of external suppliers (subcontracting/outsourcing providers), production line material replenishment, forklift safety procedures, warehouse ergonomics and industrial safety practices.
Intermediate level of English communication skills
