Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. This role requires dynamic problem-solving to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, identifying root causes, and facilitating timely resolutions to maintain business continuity and support operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and reduce incident recurrence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment within AWS environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues in distributed architectures.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools related to cloud services.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and failures.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to implement scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
