Job Description

As a Global HR Service Management Specialist, you will drive continuous improvement of our HR Service Delivery Model, ensuring operational excellence, service consistency, and an outstanding employee experience. You will collaborate closely within Regional HR & Global Services and our Functions to optimize HR services, improve service performance, and support strategic HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Management: Act as the subject matter expert for the HR Service Delivery Model, ensuring consistent execution of HR services and alignment with global service standards. Partner with HR service teams to drive service excellence and operational effectiveness.
• Service Performance & Governance: Define, monitor, and continuously improve service performance through KPIs, SLAs, operational reporting, and governance processes. Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed standards and organizational objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and service gaps, driving improvements across HR operations. Support the implementation of standardized ways of working and contribute to Shift Left initiatives within the service delivery model.
• Employee Experience: Enhance employee and manager experiences by improving HR services, self service capabilities, support channels, and knowledge management practices.
• Technology & Automation: Partner with HR Technology, Digital, and ICT teams to improve service management platforms such as TOPdesk, optimize workflows, and identify automation opportunities that increase efficiency and service quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Global HR Services, Regional HR teams and the Functions to align priorities, drive service improvements, and support HR transformation initiatives.
• Advisory & Continuous Improvement: Act as a trusted advisor on service management practices, leveraging operational insights and employee feedback to continuously improve HR service delivery.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Drive continuous improvement of HR services and service delivery processes.
• Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, trends, and employee feedback.
• Manage service inquiries, issues, and requests in line with SLAs.
• Maintain and improve knowledge articles, work instructions, and service documentation.
• Support governance activities, service reviews, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Participate in HR service transformation and digitalization projects.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Service Management, or Process Improvement.
• Experience with service management platforms such as PowerBi, TOPdesk, Workday, or comparable solutions.
• Proven experience in service reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL is preferred.
• Experience working in an international and matrix organization.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and advise on HR service delivery improvements.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4.900 to € 5.900 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
