Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data and statements.

· Establish and maintain strong financial controls, including expense management and internal accounting procedures.

· Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, sub ledgers, and balance sheet accounts.

· Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure proper documentation of accounting policies and procedures.

· Support payroll processes, including time reporting, account reconciliation, and internal controls.

· Manage billing, collections, and credit functions to ensure operational efficiency.

· Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly financial and operational performance metrics.

· Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.

· 5–10 years of progressive financial management experience, with strong knowledge of GAAP.

· Experience with ERP systems required; familiarity with Global Shop Solutions is a plus.

· Background in manufacturing, R&D, and product development strongly preferred.

· Cost accounting and government contracting experience, including work with DCAA/DCMA auditors, is a plus.

· Demonstrated leadership, sound business judgment, and analytical thinking.

· Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

· High integrity, strong work ethic, creativity, and the ability to make timely, difficult decisions.
