The Position
- Provide high-quality, consistent application support aligned with evolving client requirements and strategic business objectives.
- Deliver industry-leading support utilizing established systems and methodology to maintain high client satisfaction standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain robust expertise across all assigned product lines.
- Ensure continuous operational coverage during core and extended hours in accordance with contractual service level agreements.
- Proactively formulate and execute strategic initiatives based on customer satisfaction metrics and ongoing stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct formal system commissioning, technical configuration and user instruction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical or equivalent is required.
- At least two years of practical application experience in IVD or medical device industry.
- Fluent in English language both spoken and written.
- Arabic is a plus, or any spoken language in the market.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
