Description
Client Onboarding & Support
- Assist in setting up business clients on online banking platforms, ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention tools.
- Provide troubleshooting for technical issues related to online banking, security tokens, and file transmissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (E-banking, Operations) to resolve client issues promptly.
- Accurately enter client and product setup information into treasury systems.
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities, service requests, and compliance documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
- Provide training and guidance on treasury services and online banking features.
- Support Treasury Management Officers in cross-selling and upselling treasury products.
- Assist with preparation of proposals, RFPs and client presentations as needed.
- Ensure adherence to BSA, KYC, and internal audit requirements during onboarding and maintenance processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all banking regulations.
- Participate in special projects, process improvements, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
- Communicate effectively in-person and otherwise with all coworkers and customers, both during regular business hours and before and after regular business hours, if necessary.
- Knowledge of bank operations, especially treasury management services.
- Knowledge of Word, spreadsheet, and database software.
- Skills in problem solving and decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to create an organized and efficient work environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking.
- Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.
