Overview:
Position Title: Program Manager
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain required CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy applicable Government suitability requirements. (Secret or higher preferred.)
Location: Scott AFB, IL / Alternative Work Site
(Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.)
Summary:
C3EL is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Department of Defense telecommunications services support program. The Program Manager will have overall responsibility for contract performance, workforce management, task execution, quality, schedule, deliverables, customer coordination, and successful execution of telecommunications transition activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management and oversight of contract personnel and performance.
- Manage staffing, workload distribution, schedules, priorities, and personnel training.
- Establish and execute program management, quality assurance, risk management, and reporting processes.
- Coordinate activities across inventory management, transition ordering, customer support, and engineering functions.
- Conduct program reviews and provide status, schedule, risk, and performance reporting.
- Ensure required contract deliverables and documentation are accurate and submitted on schedule.
- Serve as the primary management interface with Government stakeholders.
- Ensure continuity of operations and appropriate staffing throughout performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy applicable Government suitability requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing DoD or Federal IT, telecommunications, network, or technical services programs.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
- Experience with program planning, staffing, quality control, risk management, performance reporting, and deliverable management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
