KBR is seeking a Program Manager to support the F-35 Maintenance Systems Program Management Office (PMO), providing leadership, coordination, and oversight across a portfolio of sustainment, maintenance, logistics, and modernization initiatives supporting the F-35 Weapon System.
The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution and integration of activities supporting the F-35 maintenance sustainment capabilities, ensuring alignment with program objectives, operational requirements, and acquisition milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing cross-functional teams engaged in systems engineering, digital transformation initiatives, cyber security compliance, and lifecycle sustainment efforts critical to maintaining fleet readiness and mission effectiveness.
- Ensuring technical performance, schedule execution, risk management, resource allocation, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- This position serves as the primary interface between Government Program Offices, Air Force and Joint Program Office stakeholders, industry partners, and KBR leadership to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical maintenance systems capabilities that enhance F-35 sustainment operations, operational availability and long-term platform readiness.
Work Environment
Location: On-site, Miamisburg, OH
Travel Requirements: 10% minimal travel.
Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree
-7-10 years of experience
-Secret Security Clearance required
-Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, staffing, budgets, risks, and deliverables
-Experience interacting with Government customers and Program Management Offices (PMOs)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
Desired Qualifications:
-Advanced Degree
-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
-Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification or equivalent
-Experience supporting AFLCMC organizations and acquisition programs
-Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and subcontractors
