- Supporting room reservations, meeting setups, training sessions, and workplace events to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Assisting with tenant onboarding, including building access, space orientation, and workplace procedures.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Partnering with the Operations team and other departments to support day-to-day workplace initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Coordinating workplace vendors and service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and other facility partners.
- Ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory of workplace supplies while keeping basic operational records and service schedules up to date.
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Coordinating room layouts and logistics for meetings, trainings, and special events.
- Setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, equipment, and event spaces.
- Coordinating catering and food orders to support internal meetings, employee events, and organizational gatherings.
What You Need to Be Qualified for This Job:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in facilities support, workplace operations, tenant services, or a related role preferred.
Work Schedule:
As an Operations Associate, you will be based onsite in our downtown Richmond, Virginia office. Occasional travel may be required to support meetings, events, or other organizational initiatives. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or outside of regular business hours is expected to support meetings, special events, or time-sensitive operational needs. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel by automobile and airline are required.
