- Prepare and perform QA/QC of parcel documents
- Perform research and investigations
- Demonstrate skill in both written and spoken communication
- Develop information and prepare forms necessary to advise clients on parties to join or not to join in condemnation proceedings
- Perform appraisal and title analysis
- Negotiate with property owners including offers, final offers, administrative settlement analysis, and facilitating closings
- Prepare releases, affidavits, and other title curative forms for review by others
- Schedule eminent domain proceedings
- Assist in writing proposals
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Notary Public preferred
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
