Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing strategic, operational, and execution support across complex business and technology environments. Partners closely with leadership to understand organizational priorities, operational challenges, workforce needs, financial drivers, and technology-enabled business impacts. Combines strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and technological fluency to improve decision-making, strengthen operational effectiveness, drive cross-functional alignment, and advance organizational objectives in a dynamic and evolving environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversees cross-functional, complex technology projects.
2. Identifies, designs, and implements advanced process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows.
3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
4. Monitors, analyses, and reports on key performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
5. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
6. Communicates operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to executive stakeholders.
7. Provides project leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and junior professionals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
3. Extensive knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in strategic planning, business operations, program delivery, consulting, or organizational effectiveness roles.
2. Demonstrated ability to build deep knowledge of complex organizations, understand business priorities, and translate leadership objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
3. Strong business acumen with experience supporting workforce planning, financial management, governance, risk management, operational performance, or organizational strategy initiatives.
4. Proven ability to influence outcomes, manage competing priorities, and partner effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and functions.
5. Technologically fluent with the ability to understand and discuss technology concepts, delivery models, platforms, systems, architecture considerations, and emerging technology trends, and translate technical information into business implications and executive-level insights.
6. Experience working in technology-enabled organizations or partnering closely with technology, product, architecture, engineering, or transformation teams.
7. Strong executive communication skills, including experience developing presentations, business cases, operating reviews, decision support materials, and leadership communications for senior audiences.
8. Ability to identify risks, dependencies, organizational challenges, and execution barriers, and develop practical recommendations that improve performance and operating effectiveness.
9. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives from concept through execution.
