Sr Manager Enterprise Architecture

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: • Assist in developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Lead the design and implementation of architecture solutions for specific projects and initiatives. • Collaborate with architects and project teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. • Ensure the alignment of architecture solutions with business requirements and objectives. • Assist in defining and maintaining architectural standards and guidelines. • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of architectural decisions on project outcomes. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and junior staff. • Participate in architecture reviews and assessments of ongoing projects.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles • Proven experience in project management or team leadership • Strong problem-solving and project management skills • Effective communication and team leadership skills • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams • Demonstrated success in implementing solutions in an enterprise environment • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degrees in a relevant field a plus • Industry certifications in enterprise architecture or project management a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 - $256,100.
