Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle through process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), data reconciliation, and translation of business requirements into technical logic to support receivable management automation.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will translate operational processes and business requirements into explicit, validation logic, derivation and substitution rules and field-level data mappings. Analyze, document, and improve receivable management workflows to support automation and process streamlining. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Pasig City. 

What You'll Do

• Identify operational bottlenecks, manual workarounds, exception paths, and opportunities for process improvement

• Perform complex data mapping between data structures and operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

• Identify opportunities to improve receivable management processes and implement automation where appropriate

• Design and execute validation and reconciliation routines to ensure that target systems accurately reflect source data following data transformation, creation, and processing

• Support receivable management through accurate and reliable data for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams to gather requirements, define data mappings, validate solutions, and support implementation

What You'll Need

Required:

• Basic knowledge of Cash application/ Bank Statement

• Basic knowledge of SD-FI Integration

• Knowledgeable SQL/ Data Query skills

• Bachelor’s degree in (information technology/ Information Management/ Business Management/ Accounting, or any related course)

• Year of Experience– Minimum of 5 years

 
Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
