Job Description:
• Lead Skyton Laboratory operations, resource management, and facility maintenance.
• Enhance laboratory capabilities through methodology development, process optimization, and quality system implementation.
• Ensure compliance with 5S+1, SHE requirements, and laboratory standards.
• Manage laboratory documentation, safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage laboratory SOPs, safety documentation, risk assessments, and compliance records.
• Drive equipment lifecycle management from specification and procurement to qualification and commissioning
Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor or Master degree.
•Major in Chemistry, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering.
•Fresh graduates will be considered, provided they have experience in people management.
•Quick and willing to learn new skills, and have a positive attitude.
•Work diligently, and carefully with disciplines.
•Good communication skills; Team player.
