THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate polishing shift activities across multiple functional teams and organize the weekly polishing shift schedule in collaboration with the Global Polishing Scheduling Team.
• Organize employees' annual work shift schedules and coordinate staffing arrangements for weekly polishing operation.
• Perform polishing wafer demand estimation, wafer ordering, incoming wafer quality inspection and inventory update in Lims system.
• Communicate with wafer suppliers for customized wafer request, wafer quality issue.
• Be Lims system operation focal point, manage polishing request and status update.
• Prepare monthly reports on polishing shift utilization and wafer consumption, and present key performance data and insights to leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and above in engineering or science is preferred.
• Diligence and carefulness with good discipline and execution.
• Positive attitude and get up to speed quickly while learning new things/skills.
• Good interpersonal skill and good team player to co-work with others.
• Good language skill in English writing and conversation for regular communications across the board.
• Knowledge of experiment design and JMP data analysis is a plus.
• Trave is maybe required within Asia and US area.
