As a Security Officer Badge Issuance in Manteca, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a healthcare location, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, managing visitor flow, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring culture that puts people first. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare supply environment.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with directing visitors and deliveries, maintaining orderly traffic flow at access points, and communicating professionally with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
