SUMMARY
The Coordinator 1 - Admin Services provides assistant to admin services function for the corporate headquarters and ensures that customers, visitors and clients are greeted in a courteous manner and directed to appropriate Westlake contact. The position is to portray a positive Westlake image and perform other administrative duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with day-to-day employee requests, coordinate and respond to employee requests.
· Manage the reception desk as a backfill to the main receptionist which includes:

· Answer and direct all incoming calls.
· Greet and log visitors; notify employees of visitor arrival.

· Schedule, maintain and organize conference rooms on level 2

· Distribute and log all incoming mail requiring signature.

· Create new access badges for new employees, including taking badge photo.

· Point of contact to issue temporary access cards for employees and ensure that borrowed access cards are returned in a timely manner.

· Prepares monthly report for access cards that have been borrowed for that month.

· Point of contact to manage parking tag requests/updates with Property Management and communicate with WLK employee.

· Provides administrative support to the Admin Services Team as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· 3 years receptionist experience or equivalent
· 3 years experience Microsoft Office
· Must be able to work 9:00am to 6:00pm

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an office. Will require usage of stairs and elevators. No travel requirement.
