We are seeking an energetic, motivated and creative team member to join JLL’s West region marketing team. This position will work as a team, in conjunction with regional and national leadership, to plan and execute marketing strategies that position JLL competitively in the commercial real estate industry. The role requires the ability to contribute on strategy development, planning, design direction and execution of high-performing marketing programs in close coordination with local business leaders, national business line marketers, and partners on our Research, Sales Enablement and Operations teams.
Primary responsibilities include strengthening the JLL brand both internally and externally through paid, earned and owned integrated marketing campaigns, events, and social media. While your main focus will be on the Pacific Northwest, Northern California, and Rocky Mountain region markets, you will be joining and partnering with the JLL West Marketing Team which spans across California, Phoenix, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Nevada, Hawaii, Utah and Idaho.
The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized and motivated as well as has the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high impact sales environment. The role requires creativity as well as excellent project management and communication skills and a firm grasp on technology, AI and LLM's.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Partner with JLL’s business line leaders and stakeholders to strategize, plan and execute high-performing marketing programs that differentiate the business locally and support the growth of each local business line.
- Adapt and repurpose content and collateral from our national marketing team and across all channels to drive audience engagement and strengthen our west region brand.
- Promote research content and position JLL and key stakeholders as thought-leaders in the industry and market.
- Develop marketing materials that echo JLL key messaging and overall strategies. Includes maintenance of existing firm collateral and development of new collateral as needed by the team.
- Partner with our local PR leads to develop innovative strategies and tactics across the West markets in conjunction with the marketing management, research and digital teams to create holistic integrated marketing plans.
- Create custom content to support JLL West’s marketing and communications plan.
- Partner with our national marketing team to align on marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Feed and sustain a strong relationship with our local and national research and sales enablement team, brokers, managers and business leaders.
- Develop and manage communication plans for business service lines and key projects.
- Develop a strong internal brand for the JLL West region that promotes our values of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
- Collaborate with our business teams on strategies to promote our work, our people and our ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing team members on the strategy and production of programs, events and campaigns that support our marketing and communications plan.
- Act as content coach to business service line leaders.
- Establish, monitor, analyze and communicate metrics for all communication efforts.
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients.
- Collaborate with JLL’s local and national marketing teams to share best practices, new ideas and deliverables.
- Strictly adhere to workflow management and quality control methods required to produce quality work products.
Qualifications / skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm; real estate industry experience a strong plus
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent creative skills
- Understanding of and commitment to superior client service (internally and externally)
- Track record of sophisticated strategic marketing in the B2B services arena
- Impeccable attention to detail
- High level of resourcefulness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding work loads
- Ability to identify, communicate and solve problems quickly
- Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop a plus
- Strong digital skills with ability to master new technologies
- Positive, can do attitude

Estimated compensation for this position:
115,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
