About the Role

Full time position from Monday to Friday

You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager and client services officer.

Usually, your day will involve:

• Friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email
• Managing the front desk, answering calls and managing emails
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow
• Welcoming visitors, volunteers, contractors to the home
• Assisting with ordering supplies and staff uniforms
• Keeping on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing etc
• Showing off our home to future residents and their families
• Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks

You’ll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer and data skills
• Previous experience in a reception/administration position (highly regarded)
