Position Summary

The Learning & Talent Specialist supports the design, implementation and administration of learning, talent and employee development initiatives across the organization. The role partners with HR, business leaders and employees to ensure effective execution of talent management processes, learning programs, performance management activities and talent acquisition initiatives. The position contributes to the development of a strong internal talent pipeline and a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Essential Responsibilities

Learning & Development

• Coordinate and administer learning and development programs across multiple functions and locations.
• Support training needs analysis in partnership with HR and business leaders.
• Attend and drive internal trainings with colleagues, agencies, participants.
• Manage training calendars, participant communication and learning records.
• Monitor training completion and compliance requirements.
• Support the implementation of leadership development, professional development and technical training programs.
• Analyze learning effectiveness and prepare training reports and metrics.

Talent Management

• Support annual talent processes including succession planning, talent reviews and development planning.
• Monitor individual development activities for ITT employees.
• Assist in identifying high-potential talent and development opportunities.
• Support implementation of talent management initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain talent-related data, documentation and reporting.

Talent Acquisition Support

• Support recruitment activities for selected positions and internship programs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Manage recruitment data within ATS platforms and HR systems.
• Contribute to employer branding and university relations initiatives, attending and representing ITT at events/job fairs as well.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams throughout the recruitment process.

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in global and regional HR initiatives related to learning, talent and employee experience.
• Support process improvement activities and implementation of new HR tools and systems.
• Prepare presentations, analyses and executive summaries for HR leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, Communication, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of private company experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Experience in global ì, multinational environments is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting HR programs in an international or matrix organization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills. 
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR systems (e-learning platforms, Workday, ICIMS or similar ) is a plus.
• Fluent English required.
