Description
Role & Candidate Requirements
* Role Level: Customer Success Executive / Subject Matter Expert (SME) level.
* Headcount: 3 open positions.
* Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid frontline customer service / customer success experience. Experience in high-volume, customer-facing B2C setups (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato) or healthcare domain is strongly preferred.
* Skill Set:
* Inbound multi-channel handling across voice, email, and chat.
* Superior written and spoken English skills; email drafting and communication are evaluated thoroughly.
* Multilingual capability in Indian regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) is an advantage.
* Technical comfort with standard productivity tools (browsers, MS Office, email suites).
* High empathy, problem-solving mindset, and focus on First-Time Resolution (FTR) and customer delight.
* Performance Variable: ₹50,000 per annum (linked to SLA performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and paid out during the annual appraisal cycle). Strong performers can earn 100% or above this variable pool.
Work Setup, Timings & Schedule
* Work Model: 100% Remote / Work From Home (WFH).
* Hardware: Laptops and work assets will be provided by the company.
