All about the role:

As part of this journey, we are looking for a Head of Technology Operations & Service Management to ensure technology platforms, applications and services across EMEA and APAC operate reliably, efficiently and securely.

You will be responsible for the operational backbone of the EMEA & APAC technology landscape. You will establish the standards, capabilities, and disciplines required to operate products and platforms reliably at scale, ensuring technology services are performant, available, and continuously improving.

The mission is simple: keep technology stable, resilient and business-ready.

What you'll do:

• Own operational performance, reliability and service quality across EMEA and APAC.
• Establish service management standards and practices. Drive incident, problem and service performance management.
• Ensure effective service transition from product delivery into operations.
• Build strong partnerships and be the interface with Global Service Delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational cost optimization. Ensure service health visibility.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex application and service operations.
• Experience managing large operational organizations in multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale IT environments.
