Join a thriving Family & Internal Medicine practice where collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional patient care come together. Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family & Internal Medicine Physicians at our Ponds Way location in Woodbridge, VA.

 

Position Highlights:

• Warm, collaborative, and collegial practice with 7 physicians, 6 APPs, and 15 supporting staff members
• Well established practice committed to delivering the best experience for their patients
• Monday-Friday, 7am-5:30pm - 40 hour week (36 patient-facing and 4 admin hours)
• 16-18 patients/day
• No call/closed on weekend

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA 
• Minimum master’s degree required
• Experience in family medicine preferred but open to exceptional new grad

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
