We are currently recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to sit within the EU team, based in our London office. You will be reporting into the IT Infrastructure Manager, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers at an EU level.
This is an opportunity for someone with hands-on IT infrastructure and network support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. You'll play a key role in supporting and improving the technology that powers UNIQLO's stores and offices across Europe, combining day-to-day operational support with exciting infrastructure and network projects while collaborating with international teams and vendors.
What you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the IT infrastructure that underpins UNIQLO's stores and offices across Europe. You will manage network operations, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain system performance and security, and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable IT services. Alongside day-to-day support, you will contribute to infrastructure projects, new store openings, network deployments, and continuous improvements that enable our business to grow and operate efficiently.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
3+ years experience in an IT Infrastructure, Network Support, or Systems Support role, with strong hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and basic Cisco networking.
Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and Exchange.
Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects, system rollouts, and new store or office technology deployments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across business functions and third-party suppliers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support, train, and coach end users and first-line support teams.
Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel across Europe as required.
