IT Specialist, Infrastructure

Responsibility

Main Task

1、Minimum 5 years of relevant experience across IT operations, site support, infrastructure service delivery, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or 24x7 production environment.

2、Proven hands-on capability in IT service operations and ITSM processes, including incident, request, problem, change, escalation, and service documentation.

3、Proven experience coordinating and delivering IT infrastructure projects, including server room, CCTV, door access, workplace solution, production expansion, or office relocation scopes.

4、Practical experience in infrastructure operations such as Windows servers, virtualization, backup, network fundamentals, server room equipment, monitoring, and recovery support.

5、Practical security operations experience, including secure configuration, access management, vulnerability remediation, asset control, incident response coordination, and audit support.

6、Hands-on experience in IT operational reporting, service analytics, KPI dashboard development, and data visualization using Power BI, Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent platforms.

7、Hands-on experience in automation and scripting to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency using PowerShell, Python, SQL, REST API integration, Power Automate, or similar technologies.

8、Demonstrated ability to implement data-driven or automated solutions for infrastructure monitoring, asset management, security compliance, ITSM processes, and management reporting.

9、Experience managing vendors, contracts, implementation quality, acceptance, lifecycle activities, and service performance.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, prioritize multiple demands, and work independently during production-impacting incidents or planned maintenance.

Bachelor /Master-degree

Major

Information Technology or Computer Science or another related field.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience across IT operations, site support, infrastructure service delivery, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or 24x7 production environment.

Knowledge And Skill

Strong ownership, customer orientation, structured problem solving, and risk awareness.

Good project coordination, stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.

Willingness to support planned changes, emergencies, and major incidents outside standard business hours when required.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI-assisted operations, or similar digital technologies is an advantage.

ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, VMware, security, network, data analytics, automation, or project management certifications are an advantage. Good interpersonal skills and English speaking
