HR Business Partner

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including manpower confirmation, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer communication, and onboarding follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
• Manage employee attendance records and ensure data accuracy and timely administration.
• Monitor attendance-related issues and support follow-up actions with employees and supervisors.
• Conduct overtime tracking and analysis, identify trends or abnormalities, and provide regular reports to management.
• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, including headcount, attendance, overtime, attrition, and other HR metrics.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities to enhance employee experience and site culture.
• Support the development and implementation of engagement calendars and communication initiatives.
• Provide daily HR operational support to employees and managers on routine HR matters.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs at site level.
• Assist with employee relations matters through coordination, communication, and administrative support.
• Support other HR projects and assignments as needed.
