We are seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Operations Controller will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to meet our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the water or energy industry
• Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
