$20.80 - $31.20Essential Functions
- Attends and participates in meetings with leadership to maintain team work and provide consistent training.
- Communicates progress/shift updates and expresses any concerns or needs.
- Requests and assure teammate access to all necessary departmental applications.
- Plans, schedules and adjusts training as needed for each new teammate.
- Communicates any items that were not able to be covered during orientation.
- Monitors new teammate quality and coach as needed.
- Communicates progress of trainees to leadership.
- Ensures training materials are continuously updated to reflect current processes.
- Responsible for continuing education in-services and coaching of all teammates
- Communicates process updates to the teammates.
- Completes assessment of teammates as needed.
Performs all job functions under normal office conditions; includes sitting, using a telephone with a headset for long periods, walking and standing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
