What is the role?
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing design team! In this role, you’ll support the design team in crafting visually engaging content across digital and print media that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and business goals. You will be working on a range of external and internal projects as we look to expand our services to the world. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute fresh ideas to a collaborative team.
What will you be doing?
You will design and prepare digital and print materials such as social media graphics, web assets, email templates, presentations, banners, and other marketing collateral.
Supporting creative designers and other team members by preparing and designing assets for various projects, you will assist in creating mood boards, concept sketches, and mock-ups to help clients visualise designs.
You will ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and meets project requirements while helping to maintain a digital archive of project files, ensuring assets are properly organised.
Staying up to date on current design trends, new tools, and industry best practices, you will bring fresh ideas and energy to the studio.

You are a Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work with feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
