Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite) or UK (Remote) 
Experience: 3-5 Years

This role will work closely with colleagues across multiple regions, contributing to products and services that help millions of consumers and businesses communicate with confidence.  As we continue expanding across Europe, we're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to support growth initiatives, market expansion, partner activities, and demand generation efforts throughout the region.  

The Regional Marketing Manager - Europe will serve as the primary marketing liaison for European markets, working closely with international teams to support market growth, regional campaigns, customer engagement, events, partner programs, and localization initiatives.

This role combines market expertise, project management, partner engagement, and marketing coordination to ensure First Orion's solutions are effectively positioned across priority European markets.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.   

What you’ll be doing:

• Support marketing initiatives across Germany, the UK, France, Spain, and other European markets. 

• Provide local market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. 

• Assist corporate marketing with localization of campaigns, presentations, landing pages, and marketing materials.  

• Assist in coordinating regional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities.  

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pipeline generation efforts.  

• Recommend and assist in execution of market-specific content opportunities, customer stories, and thought leadership topics.  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional marketing needs and opportunities.  

• Work cross-functionally with corporate marketing, product, sales, and partner teams.  

• Help ensure marketing programs align with regional business objectives and customer expectations 

What you’ll need: 

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, technology, telecommunications, or a related industry.  

• Fluent in English but multi-lingual - professional proficiency in German strongly preferred.  

• Experience supporting European markets and international business initiatives.  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.  

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  

• Experience with events, partner programs, or demand generation initiatives preferred. 

Bonus Points: 

• Additional languages (French, Spanish, or Italian) are a plus.  

• Experience working with telecom, enterprise software, or technology companies.  

• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, webinars, and account-based marketing programs.  

• Understanding of European business culture and market dynamics. 

While the position primarily follows local business hours in the employee's country of employment, occasional flexibility may be required to support planned maintenance activities, project implementations, and service escalations across time zones.  

This position may be based in either the United Kingdom or Dubai, UAE.   

• For UK-based employees, the salary range for this position is £26,000 – 30,000, depending on experience   

• Compensation for UAE-based employees will be discussed during the recruitment process and will depend on experience
