Where You'll Make a Difference
- Assist in conducting pilot plant trials for plant-based barista beverage formulations.
- Prepare and test beverage samples using different recipes and processing conditions.
- Evaluate coffee application performance, including barista-related attributes such as foam quality, stability, and sensory characteristics.
- Record experimental data and summarize trial results.
- Support laboratory and pilot plant activities, including sample preparation and equipment clean-up.
- Collaborate with the Application team to analyze findings and recommend formulation improvements.
- Prepare a final internship report and deliver a presentation summarizing project outcomes and key learnings.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in food and beverage product development, especially plant-based products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
